Our Client is currently seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support clients in delivering tailored personal insurance solutions.

Operating on a hybrid model (2 days remote, 3 days in-office) and prides itself on a strong, supportive culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned personal lines accounts

  • Handle billing inquiries

  • Obtain and review underwriting information

  • Deliver outstanding customer service

  • Communicate effectively with clients and insurance partners

  • No commisson on NB sales - they have a Sales Team

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team of 30 brokers

  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • A genuine interest in working with the public

  • Commitment to a long-term career in insurance
