Our Client is currently seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support clients in delivering tailored personal insurance solutions.
Operating on a hybrid model (2 days remote, 3 days in-office) and prides itself on a strong, supportive culture. Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned personal lines accounts

Handle billing inquiries
-
Obtain and review underwriting information
-
Deliver outstanding customer service
-
Communicate effectively with clients and insurance partners
- No commisson on NB sales - they have a Sales Team

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team of 30 brokers

Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
