We are seeking a motivated and digitally savvy Digital Sales Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team. In this role, you will connect with warm leads generated through our digital platforms, guide prospective clients through their insurance options, and provide tailored solutions that support their peace of mind.

Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming personal insurance leads
Utilize our award-winning lead management system to track, manage, and follow up on sales opportunities
Offer expert insurance advice while delivering an exceptional client experience
Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable insurance products
Follow established sales processes and meet defined performance targets
Adhere to internal underwriting guidelines and industry compliance standards
Accurately document all client interactions and insurer correspondence
Partner with team members to continually enhance our sales processes and service delivery
Active RIBO license (required)
Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Enjoys building rapport and helping clients make informed decisions
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Valid G-class driver’s license
Collaborative team player with a positive mindset
Industry designations such as CAIB or CIP considered an asset
Experience with CRM or lead management systems is an advantage
Fully in-office role
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
Early Friday closures during long weekends (May–October)
