What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance and liability slips
• Process policy documents, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Request driver abstracts and AutoPlus reports
• Issue client invoices, finance quotes, and contracts
• Assist with renewal presentations and client changes, updating systems and advising partners
• Review client coverage, analyze risk, and support tailored product recommendations
• Support claims reporting and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Customer Service Brokers and Producers on client inquiries or urgent assignments

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team player with a proactive, self-starter attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
