The Opportunity
Reporting to the Personal Lines Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing a dynamic personal lines book of business. You’ll be the trusted go-to for clients, delivering exceptional service while ensuring seamless processing, accuracy, and professionalism in every interaction. What You’ll Own

Manage and service monthly renewals—including remarketing when required

Review renewal terms for premium changes, coverage updates, or eligibility shifts

Process new business, endorsements, and renewals (liability slips, invoices, binders, cover letters, etc.)

Deliver timely, polished communication across all client interactions

Respond to lienholder/lessor requests and confirm coverage as needed

Partner with producers to provide essential policy and client insights

Handle agency-billed invoicing and all related billing tasks

Maintain precise, paperless client records within EPIC

Collaborate with carriers on policy inquiries or adjustments

Jump in to support departmental needs where required
What You Bring

RIBO License (required)
-
3–5 years of Personal Lines experience

Strong technical expertise in PL products and wording

Comfortable with EPIC, insurer portals, and Microsoft Office

Post-secondary education; CIP/CRM preferred

Polished communication and relationship-building skills

A detail-driven, accountable, team-first mindset
