Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering expert advice and tailored insurance solutions

Actively generate and close new business through innovative prospecting and lead generation strategies

Retain and grow existing client relationships by providing proactive service and consistent communication

Negotiate coverage terms, premiums, and conditions with underwriters to achieve the best results for your clients

Collaborate with internal departments, including underwriting and claims, to ensure a seamless client experience
Who We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:

RIBO License in good standing
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial lines at a brokerage or insurance company

Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience with Power Broker or Applied Systems is an asset
