I am seeking a RIBO-licensed Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join a unique Independent Business Unit with a supportive, collaborative team.

What You'll Do — Be the Expert Clients Trust

This is a full-service commercial role where you’ll take ownership of your accounts and build long-term client relationships.

• Be their trusted advisor: Provide knowledgeable advice on renewals, coverage, claims, billing, and day-to-day account needs
• Own your book: Manage an established portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts while maintaining strong client relationships and retention
• Review risks: Analyze renewals and exposures, identify coverage gaps, and make recommendations to ensure clients are properly protected
• Identify opportunities: Look for cross-selling and coverage opportunities based on the client’s evolving business needs
• Manage the details: Handle endorsements, policy changes, certificates, documentation, invoicing, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Work with markets: Communicate with insurers, negotiate terms, and help resolve coverage and service issues
• Stay organized: Keep files complete and up to date in Applied EPIC while staying on top of outstanding items and deadlines

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years of Commercial Lines experience
• Valid RIBO license
• Strong understanding of Commercial Lines products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations
• Experience servicing and managing a commercial book of business
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• A proactive approach to account management and retention
• Applied EPIC experience is an asset
