Key Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding client experience by understanding and meeting each customer’s unique needs.

Manage all aspects of commercial accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and re-marketing.

Provide proactive claims assistance, guiding clients through the process with professionalism and care.

Respond promptly and accurately to all client inquiries to ensure seamless service.

Contribute to the team’s success by sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, underwriters, and clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills

RIBO license (required)

Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in commercial lines

Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision

Proficiency with insurance portals and broker management systems is an asset
