As a result of continued growth, they are looking to add a highly experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to their dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in personal lines, with a strong focus on underwriting knowledge, market appetite, and exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of 22 dedicated professionals who take pride in fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients

  • Deliver an end-to-end client experience, acting as the single point of contact for all service and policy needs.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and a commitment to service excellence.

  • Provide tailored insurance advice and coverage options based on thorough knowledge of underwriting guidelines and carrier appetites.

  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to ensure clients have comprehensive coverage.

  • Support client retention through proactive policy reviews, renewals, and responsive service.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive workplace dynamic.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance 

  • In-depth knowledge of the  insurance markets, underwriting processes, and carrier appetites.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high client retention.

  • RIBO license in good standing.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to contributing to a positive team culture.
