Position Overview:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in personal lines, with a strong focus on underwriting knowledge, market appetite, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients

Deliver an end-to-end client experience, acting as the single point of contact for all service and policy needs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and a commitment to service excellence.

Provide tailored insurance advice and coverage options based on thorough knowledge of underwriting guidelines and carrier appetites.

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to ensure clients have comprehensive coverage.

Support client retention through proactive policy reviews, renewals, and responsive service.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive workplace dynamic.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance

In-depth knowledge of the insurance markets, underwriting processes, and carrier appetites.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high client retention.

RIBO license in good standing.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
