I’m on the prowl for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial clients for an outstanding brokerage—large enough to support a wide range of client needs, yet small enough to maintain a strong, personal feel.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, providing day-to-day service and support

Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and remarketing as needed with TSR support

Prepare and review policy documentation, certificates of insurance, binders, and summaries

Liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate coverage, terms, and pricing
-
Conduct risk reviews and coverage analysis to ensure appropriate protection for clients
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service

Maintain accurate records in the brokerage management system and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience

Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

RIBO license in good standing

Experience with brokerage management systems (Epic, Applied) is an asset
