Today, we operate two brokerages, and we are excited to invite a highly motivated in -house Producer to join our team in Mississauga and play a key role in our continued success.

 

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients by conducting phone prospecting, face-to-face meetings, and advertising through social media efforts.
Generate quotes, cross-sell and up-sell to clients to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs.
Provide claims support and advice to clients and provide exceptional customer service to retain existing clients.
Retain the book of business by remarketing accounts, processing renewals and endorsements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for all clients.

Qualifications

Must be RIBO licensed.
Experience with SigXP, Applied Rating Services, and Policy Works is an asset.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Base salary plus bonus structure with new business commission.
