💼 Experience Required: 5+ Years in Personal Lines Insurance
Our client is a large brokerage located in Vaughan, and they are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Personal Lines Account Manager to grow with our team.
They are looking for an all star candidate that has a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager / CSR and has a desire to continue your insurance career in a highly energetic and positive environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate must have strong work ethic and organization skills, be a team player have ability to work in a fast-paced insurance brokerage.

Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EPIC Broker Management System, Applied Rating services and the company portals would be an asset.
✅ What You Bring:
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in Personal Lines while holding a RIBO license
- Outstanding relationship building and client service
- Proficient in EPIC, various insurance company portals and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritizing
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- RIBO license (active)
- University Degree or College Diploma
- CAIB, CPIB or CIP designation (or working toward it) would be nice to have
