PROGRAM ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

BILINGUAL - FRENCH & ENGLISH MANDATORY (WRITTEN AND VERBAL)

SALARY: 70K TO 90K

I am seeking a dynamic Program Account Executive with expertise in specialized commercial lines, including E&O, Cyber, and D&O. This remote role involves managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic risk advice, and driving business growth. Travel is required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client contact, delivering tailored insurance solutions and ensuring exceptional service.
• Lead complex coverage discussions and provide risk management guidance in specialized areas.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships through referrals and industry networking.
• Prepare professional proposals, reports, and presentations for clients, boards, and webinars.
• Manage multiple accounts and projects, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in commercial lines with a focus on specialized products.
• RIBO licensed in good standing.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and underwriting practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with client-facing events and webinars.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Bilingual (English/French) MANDATORY
