Technical Powerhouse Responsibilities

• Prepare and process key commercial documentation: certificates, endorsements, binders, schedules, renewal packages

• Support Account Managers across high-risk accounts

• Process policy changes, cancellations, and updates with absolute accuracy

• Review insurer documents to ensure coverage alignment and compliance

• Assist with underwriting submissions, applications, valuations, specs, and technical details

• Keep client files pristine and up-to-date in the broker management system

Communication & Coordination

• Manage urgent requests in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

• Team up with producers and managers to keep policy workflows running smoothly

💼 What You Bring

• 3+ years in Commercial Lines TSR background, HEAVILY TECHINICAL

• A passion for the technical side of insurance — accuracy is your superpower

• Ability to absorb detailed equipment lists and specialized coverage requirements

• Experience with EPIC is a bonus

• RIBO is an asset
