OVERVIEW
The work environment for this position is full-time in our office, located in Bellview, Ontario. A significant portion of our clientele, prefer in-person interactions.
THE ROLE
This role is primarily focused on service with opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our range of products. You would be joining a traditional office setting with a team of about 7 people, managing an existing book of business valued between $110,000 and $1 million. We are searching for a versatile professional—a true 'jack or jill of all trades'—who possesses a broad range of skills and can adapt to various industry sectors.
TYPE OF BUSINESS
Our primary business areas include contractors, retail, manufacturing, and notably, vineyards. Expertise in the vineyard sector would be particularly advantageous and highly valued for this position. Additionally, the role will involve assisting with a small but important component of Profit and Loss (P&L) management. We are keen to find a candidate who can contribute across these diverse areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
SALARY: The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000
BENEFITS: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, with 100% of the costs covered by OIN, and we also include RRSP contributions.
COMMISSION: New business commission is paid at 50% for the first year only, with renewals not being commissionable.
