What you’ll be doing:

• Support new business implementation and ongoing life insurance administration
• Work with clients, advisors, and insurance carriers
• Manage documentation, CRM updates, follow-ups, and policy administration
• Resolve issues and keep requests moving efficiently
• Use insurance portals, quoting software, DocuSign, Zoom, and other technology
• Help improve processes and deliver an exceptional client experience

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of life insurance administration or related insurance experience
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• A proactive, team-oriented personality
• Comfortable learning new systems and taking on new challenges
• Someone genuinely interested in building a long-term career in insurance
