Compensation: Base Salary $50,000–$55,000 + Competitive Tiered Commission Structure

What You’ll Do

Develop and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions and products

Build and manage a pipeline of leads—schedule appointments, follow up, and close sales

Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, handling policy inquiries, changes, billing, and claims support

Collaborate with the agent and team to develop marketing strategies and achieve sales goals

Create memorable customer experiences that promote trust, loyalty, and retention
What You Bring

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail (insurance experience an asset), financial services experience considered an asset

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal

A solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Confidence in presenting and engaging with clients professionally

Dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience
Licensing Requirements:

RIBO and/or OTL license required

LLQP license an asset
