I’m looking for a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines Broker 3 years min, who thrives on real relationships — not just transactions.
This is about providing consistent, personalized advice, educating clients, and helping them protect what matters most — while growing your own book through trust and referrals.
What you’ll do:
- Be a trusted advisor — provide well-rounded insurance solutions tailored to each client
- Quote, remarket, and service personal lines policies
- Handle endorsements, new business & payments via company portals
- Provide exceptional follow-up on calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain organized, accurate client files
What you bring:
- Active RIBO license [CAIB / AIIC is a big plus]
- 3-5 years Personal Lines experience
- Experience with Power Broker is an asset [Applied Systems / broker rating tools]
- Strong skills in MS Office, client communication & attention to detail
