Pure Production: Prospecting and closing SME accounts across Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Professional Liability (E&O/D&O), any other New Relationships and Risks, that you can bring on board.

Total Ownership: Bringing in organic new business and managing the relationship, supported by our proprietary software.
Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years as a Commercial Producer with a proven "hunter" track record.

License: An active RIBO license is a must.

Mindset: You are passionate, high-energy, and prefer "quality over quantity."
