This newly created role offers a competitive salary plus tiered incentive bonus, rewarding performance and ambition while helping clients protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet or exceed monthly Personal Lines sales targets

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries

  • Develop and execute business and prospecting plans to drive new sales

  • Generate leads through referrals, self-sourcing, networking, and marketing initiatives

  • Provide exceptional service, professional advice, and accurate quotes aligned to client needs

  • Analyze risk and recommend the best markets and coverage solutions

  • Respond to client and company inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Collaborate with internal producers to support cross-selling initiatives

  • Represent and promote the LIG brand through assigned groups and industry events

  • Accurately complete all required documentation upon policy binding

  • Consistently meet or exceed personal production goals

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of proven Personal Lines sales experience, ideally within the High Net Worth space

  • Active RIBO license (required)

  • Post-secondary education (college or university) in a related field

  • Confidence with cold selling via phone and email (preferred)

  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills

  • Results-driven, persistent, and highly self-motivated

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

  • High level of technical proficiency; Applied EPIC and Compu-Quote experience is an asset

Compensation

💰 Salary + Tiered Incentive Bonus
Total Compensation Range: $70,000–$85,000
(Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and internal equity.)
