Our client is a premium Underwriting Agency (MGA) for commercial insurance brokers formed in 2013.

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the supervisor, the candidate is a member of the Customer Service team
and is responsible for processing mid-market and/or small business Commercial accounts within the
company. This individual should be highly motivated; detail oriented and maintains strong
communication and relationship building skills.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:
- Setting up & Maintaining client files
- Processing Policy Endorsements, New Business & Renewals
- Invoicing & binder issuance
- Inputting claim notices
- Preparing Renewal reports
- Various other administrative duties that may be assigned
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 1 years in the insurance industry
- Willing to obtain RIBO license within 1 year
- University or College Degree/Diploma preferred
- CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent (or working towards) an asset
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance market; strong business acumen; high degree of
professionalism; Microsoft Office Suite of Products experience.
Detail oriented, positive team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable and
flexible, strong communication skills.
