Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience.

As a Personal Lines Broker / Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care. You’ll build lasting relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure each client enjoys an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Provide personalized insurance advice and handle all aspects of client service.
Support business growth through new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage incoming service inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate client documentation and policy records.
Stay current with industry trends and commit to ongoing professional development.
Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
RIBO license required; additional designations such as CAIB or CIP are an asset.
Proficiency with Compu-Quote and various insurance company portals.
Experience with Epic management system preferred.
Strong knowledge of insurer underwriting rules and market practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A proactive, positive attitude with a drive to meet retention and growth goals.
Bilingual in French and English considered an asset.
In-office position in the Hamilton Region.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Early Friday closures during long weekends (May–October).
