BASIC FUNCTION/PURPOSE OF POSITION
 
Reporting to the Office Manager, the CSR will be responsible for personal lines production as well as the day to day servicing of existing accounts: remarketing renewals and cancellations and ensur-ing that the standard renewal retention is maintained, endorsement and new business processing, and claims management and reporting.
 
This role will focus on growing the personal lines book of business requiring qualification of pro-spects, new business quoting and binding, and following up on all quotes provided in accordance with well-established internal quality standards. The goal of this role is to identify, quote, and bind 
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• R.I.B.O Level 1
• 5+ years of Personal Lines experience in property and casualty insurance sales and service andlor underwriting
• 2+ years Applied Systems Epic (a must — no training provided)
• 2+ years Applied Rating Systems (a must - no training provided)
• Portal experience: Intact Contact & Economical Guidewire (no training provided)
• In-office hours of work M-F 8:30am — 4:30pm; 1 hour lunch: 12:00pm — 1:00pm. No remote work option.
• Microsoft 365 including: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Edge. Google Chrome.

Productivity:
• Answering Phones - 1 t point service
• Client walk in servicing - 1st point service, 1st point payments.
• Data verification and correction RE: migration from Applied Systems TAM Online to Epic
• Quote New Business phone in and walk in Prospects with quote follow up
• Quoting Monoline & Client Recovery Business
• Keying and entering within insurer(s) portal(s) 4 Intact: Contact, Economical: Guidewire
• Client Questions & quotes
• Changes, Calls & processing including transacting in Applied Systems Epic
• New Business client set up and application entry within Epic4 Producer + own apps
• Client Complaint Handling — Level 1
• Recording of New Business written & Policy Cancellations/ Lapses within CBD (excel spread-sheet) & Applied Systems Epic
• Remarketing of Renewals & Policy Cancellations as required
• Renewal Retention
• Portfolio re-underwriting as required
• Confirmation of insurance for endorsement processing and binders to lawyers for property closings.
• Follow ups and abeyances - 2nd requests for policy changes
• T-file own work
• Troubleshoot own workstation system errors: call NAS/Applied Systems support
• All other aspects of Client Service & Sales as required & other duties as assigned
