Personal Lines CSR - Personal Lines Group Division

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled  RIBO Licensed Personal Lines CSR to join our esteemed Personal Lines Group Division in Toronto. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage client relationships with exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone and email inquiries for existing accounts
• Occasionally manage new business requests within the insured's household.
• Utilize company websites to process policy changes swiftly and accurately.
• Stay informed about company updates, products, and underwriting guidelines.
• Advise clients on coverage enhancements and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain proficiency with Power Broker software, including scanning, attaching, and updating client accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service, including managing challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members and assist management when needed.
• Be familiar with company websites & able to make necessary policy changes on-line.
  
  

• Since all New Business inquiries are handled and written through our New Business unit, the only New Business the CSR"s could occasionally handle themselves would be for extra lines requested within the Insured's household.
