Your primary focus will be Personal Lines, helping individuals and members of various associations and corporations access preferred Home & Auto insurance through leading insurers like Aviva and Intact. You'll also gain exposure to a small Commercial Lines portfolio, making this an excellent opportunity to broaden your insurance expertise.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage Personal Lines accounts from start to finish, primarily by phone and email.
- Take ownership of your assigned accounts, building long-term relationships and guiding clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and day-to-day client inquiries with confidence and care.
- Review policies and client histories to identify gaps in coverage and recommend solutions that truly benefit your clients.
- Assist with occasional new business opportunities.
- Process policy changes efficiently using insurer portals and Power Broker.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation within the broker management system.
- Stay current on insurer products, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates.
You'll be a great fit if you:
✔ Hold an active RIBO licence with 1+ years of Personal Lines experience.

✔ Have experience with Power Broker or a similar broker management system.
✔ Have strong attention to detail and take pride in doing things right.
