Commercial Lines | Realty & Property | Service-Focused

We’re looking for a Commercial Insurance CSR with Commercial Realty/Property experience—or someone with strong Commercial Lines experience who wants to become a specialist in this area.

You’ll manage a segmented book of mid-to-large Commercial Realty, Buildings and Property accounts, providing high-level service, handling renewals, certificates, endorsements, policy changes, claims support, and day-to-day client needs.

What You'll Do

• Build strong, lasting relationships with commercial clients and insurers
• Manage renewals, endorsements, certificates, binders and policy administration
• Review coverage and help clients understand their insurance needs
• Work with leases, insurance requirements and Statements of Values
• Assist with claims and ongoing account servicing
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities when they genuinely benefit the client — no hard sales or cold calling
   

• • Review leases, vendor agreements, indemnity clauses, and insurance requirements for compliance.
  • Collaborate with insurers to ensure contractual compliance and advocate on behalf of clients.
  •  Policy Lifecycle & Account Maintenance
  • Prepare property valuations, update tenant lists, and maintain building improvement logs.
  • Produce and update Statements of Values for realty clients.
  • Ensure timely issuance of liability slips (auto) and ensure insurer documentation is
  • complete.
  • Claims & Reporting
