COMMERCIAL LINES CSR

📍Burlington - in office

You won’t just be servicing accounts—you’ll be advising, strategizing, and making a measurable impact working on various-sized accounts, servicing a book ranging up to a 5M book in prem or less. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial clients—handling inquiries, renewals, and policy changes

  • Proactively identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored solutions

  • Manage endorsements, renewals, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency

  • Prepare and submit new business quotes

  • Collaborate closely with insurers and internal teams to deliver seamless service

  • Stay on top of carrier appetites and market opportunities

  • Minimum 3 years of Commercial Lines experience

  • RIBO License (required)

  • Strong communication skills—you know how to simplify complex coverage conversations

  • Confidence in handling client needs, negotiations, and problem-solving
