Personal Lines Account Manager - Sales and Service Broker

DO what you love:

• Quote and drive new business, following established procedures and best practices.
• Provide knowledgeable advice to clients on insurance products, coverages, and solutions.
• Complete and submit applications, with timely follow-up to secure quotations and policies.
• Review client coverage to identify additional coverage and cross-selling opportunities, supporting long-term retention.
• Prepare professional insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals as required.
• Process policy changes and client requests accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries with a professional, personable approach that builds trust and delivers exceptional service.
• Assist clients with first reports of claims, follow up on claim status, and keep clients informed throughout the process.
• Review cancellation requests and proactively identify opportunities to retain accounts.
• Ensure policies and documentation meet insurer and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client files, documentation, and notes within Applied Epic.

What you bring:

• RIBO or OTL License is a strong asset
• 1+ year Personal Lines experience is an asset
• Experience managing your own book of business
