Bespoke Advisory: Dive deep into understanding complex client needs, expertly analyzing risks for luxury estates, private collections, and high-value assets.

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a business and prospect marketing plan tailored specifically to the HNW space.

Networking Excellence: Build a robust database of contacts by attending exclusive events and networking with internal producers to achieve cross-selling goals.

White-Glove Service: Provide potential clients with exceptional professional advice and accurate, sophisticated quotes from markets that best suit their unique lifestyles.

Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed personal production goals through a mix of referral sources and self-generation.
The Expertise You Bring

Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of Personal Lines sales experience specifically within the High Net Worth/Private Client space.

Licensing: Active RIBO License is required.

Education: Completed Post-Secondary education (college or University level) in a related field.

Sophisticated Communication: High-level presentation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.

Technical Proficiency: Strong attention to detail; experience with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-quote is a significant asset.

Motivation: A self-starter mindset with the persistence to establish and reach ambitious sales and retention goals.
