Our client has been proudly serving the Richmond Hill community since 1962. They provide personal service and customized insurance solutions to their valued clients. No call center they are a small traditional brokerage working on an Alpha Split
They are looking for a /CSR Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.
You are:
- RIBO licensed with at least 3 to 5 years of brokerage experience
- Customer centered with a solutions focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well autonomously and as part of a Team
- Proficient on Powerbroker, company portals, Word and Outlook
- Experience on small business and IRCA policies an asset
- 50/50 benefits - no vision , RRSP or pension
- 9-4:30 with 1/2 hour for lunch
- CAIB and/or CIP an asset
- Salary depending on experience
- 50% commission paid on New to Office Business you bring in =50% renewal as well
You are able to handle the full service cycle of an account from quoting new business, processing changes on the portals, remarkets, to providing counsel on claims.
