Commercial Lines Account Manager: Mid-Market | Client-Focused | Growth-Driven

📍Missisauga - Hybrid 3 days after training (non negotiable)

Salary aligns with experience and includes a  ROBUST annual bonus, benefits, RRSP, generous vacation, and PTO time.

This role is suited to a Commercial Lines professional who is comfortable managing mid-market commercial accounts and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll be responsible for your own book, with support from an experienced and collaborative team; YOU are NEVER left to drown.  What a fantastic opportunity to work with a large company with a family feel AND EXPLORE SOME NEW EXCITING RISKS YOU MAY NOT HAVE WORKED WITH. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and service a portfolio of mid-market commercial clients, including some aviation and logistics (will train)

  • Lead renewals, process endorsements, issue certificates, and handle policy changes with confidence

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients—anticipating needs and providing solutions

  • Work with multiple insurers, balancing priorities and meeting critical deadlines

  • Maintain clean, accurate policy documentation within the BMS

  • Support retention and long-term client relationships through proactive service

What You Bring

  • Active RIBO license

  • 3–5 years of hands-on commercial insurance experience

  • Strong understanding of mid-market commercial accounts

  • Comfort managing renewals, endorsements, certificates, and ongoing client communication

  • Ability to juggle multiple insurer relationships and deadlines with ease

  • Applied Epic experience is an asset

  • EPIC experience is preferred
