Location: HAMILTON, IN OFFICE ROLE ONLY

Are you a service-driven insurance professional who thrives on helping clients feel confident and protected? We’re looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team — someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
In this role, you’ll work on an assigned book of business with the support of a collaborative team committed to doing what’s best for our clients.
What You’ll Do
As part of our dedicated Personal Lines team, you will:
- Service, maintain, and help grow an assigned personal lines book of business.
- Manage all aspects of the customer life cycle — from quotes and renewals to endorsements, remarkets, and cancellations.
- Responsible for portal uploads
- Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and provide the best possible insurance solutions for your clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor — helping clients understand their coverage and making sure they have the right protection for their unique needs.
- Take and process new claim reports, providing empathetic support to clients and coordinating with insurance carriers.
- Diligently follow up on outstanding items to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and insurers, advocating for your clients and supporting our customer-first culture.
- Have the opportunity to earn additional commission for any new business you bring in.
What You Bring
- RIBO License (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a broker role with a focus on Personal Lines.
- Proven success managing and servicing an assigned book of business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Working knowledge of POWERBROKER (an asset), Compuquote
- A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients protect what matters most.
