This is for you if:
You have 1-2 years of commercial lines experience in a brokerage, you hold your RIBO license, and you can navigate EPIC and insurer portals in your sleep. You love solving problems for clients and producers, and you take pride in getting the coverage details right.
What You'll Own:
- Be the go-to for day-to-day service for commercial clients and producers
- Manage renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and billing - accurately and on time
- Liaise professionally with clients, underwriters, and insurer partners
- Keep client files clean and compliant in EPIC, issuing COI's
- Collaborate with the team to crush renewal season and deadlines
- Spot coverage gaps and help clients actually understand their risk
What you have to offer:
- 1-2 years experience in ON, Commercial Lines in a brokerage environment
- RIBO License - Required
- Hands-on experience with EPIC BMS + insurer portals
- Bonus if you know your way around: SME, manufacturing, wholesale, hospitality, construction, contractors, garaging, and cyber
- Strong organization, follow-through, and client-first communication
