Commercial Lines Account Manager: Mid-Market | Client-Focused | Growth-Oriented Brokerage
📍Mississauga – Hybrid (3 days in office after training—non-negotiable)
Compensation is based on experience and includes a ROBUST annual bonus, full benefits, RRSP, generous vacation, and PTO.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and service a portfolio of mid-market commercial clients
- Oversee renewals, process endorsements, issue certificates, and confidently manage policy changes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients—proactively identifying needs and delivering solutions
- Maintain accurate and organized policy documentation within the BMS -EPIC
- Drive retention and long-term client satisfaction through proactive service
What You Bring
- Active RIBO license
- 3–5 years of hands-on commercial insurance experience
- Solid experience with mid-market commercial accounts
- Strong knowledge with IRCA
- Confidence handling renewals, endorsements, certificates, and ongoing client communication
Applied Epic experience is considered an asset
