Personal Lines team as a RIBO Licensed CSR

Tired of just processing policies? Make an impact. As a RIBO Licensed Customer Service Representative, you’ll own your book of business and become the trusted advisor clients call first. You’ll build real relationships, not just transactions—guiding clients through renewals, claims, and coverage changes while protecting what matters most to them.

What you’ll own:

• Be the go-to expert for your clients on renewals, claims, and billing—delivering advice that builds trust and loyalty
• Handle policy changes with speed and accuracy so clients feel taken care of
• Underwrite renewals like you own them, because retention starts with you
• Proactively review client needs and connect them with solutions across the brokerage
• Manage your book of business end-to-end, with support from a team that invests in you
• Wrap up month-end reporting with precision

What you bring:

• 2-3 years Personal Lines experience + valid RIBO license
• Solid grasp of insurer UW guidelines, rules, and regulations
• Strong communicator who builds relationships easily
• Detail-obsessed with great organization and follow-through
• Tech-savvy — EPIC and Compu-Quote experience is a big plus
