Invoicing Clerk
Invoicing Clerk – Full time
Responsibilities:
-Invoice Insurance policies (both paper and electronic document) for personal and commercial departments
- Perform general clerical duties (back-up for lunches and holidays)
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner (back-up for lunches and holidays)
- Assist with basic accounting tasks - training provided
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the office
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-RIBO license not required
- Experience in an invoicing clerk role preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
-Billing Agency Bill policies and providing invoices to Brokers in a timely manner (same day)
-Billing Lloyds policies and providing invoices to Brokers in a timely manner (same day)
-Billing hard copies of policies, scanning into Broker Management System and distributing to Brokers
-Changes to accounts, reassigning to new brokers, changing account type
-Direct Bill Commission Statement Reconciliation (monthly)
-Direct Bill require commission statements reconciled

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
