Our client is a commercially focused insurance brokerage in Mississauga working to develop elite producers.  As a producer, you’ll be working to grow your book of business in a fast-paced environment.  You’ll be working with business owners across many industries. 

This is an annually recurring commissioned career with a high-income potential.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $48,000 base salary/draw during ramp-up period 12 months. If exceed target will receive commission on top.
• 60%/ 30% new business renewal commission

REQUIREMENTS

• RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) — or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Valid Ontario driver's licence
• Based in or able to commute to Mississauga
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
