We are looking for a Personal Lines CSR to work with our clients to provide Personal Insurance Solutions.
We have a hybrid model. Our office is hybrid, 2 days at home and 3 days in the office
Most of our staff have been with us over 18 years.
Our client is looking for people who are accurate, care about their clients and works well on a team. They want people with drive, accuracy and a caring spirit as they work with clients.They are a family Brokerage and they care about their staff. They want you to succeed in your Insurance Career. You are assigned specific personal Line accounts, so you get to know the clients you are servicing.

Our office is 80% paperless, so you need to be good on computers.
- They are a growing Broker that has a production team, and a service team, to keep and grow the business.

They insure a lot of churches, contractors and small businesses.

They have an excellent Pension Plan, a GREAT work environment, and a flex day system.
The person they are looking for must be able to work independently as well as part of a growing team of 30 brokers.
The position entails billing, obtaining underwriting information and working with our many clients to provide excellent customer service.
Superior telephone manner, effective communication skills are important. You must like to work with the public.
A team player is a must. They want someone looking for a long term position to grow with our company.
