I am seeking an experienced Commercial Client Manager to join my client's growing team. This is a great opportunity for a strong relationship-builder who enjoys managing a book of business, supporting Producers, and delivering exceptional client service in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage a dedicated renewal book of commercial business
  • Deliver exceptional day-to-day client service and maintain strong retention levels
  • Partner closely with Producers on renewals, marketing strategies, and account planning
  • Review coverage, exposures, and loss history to identify gaps and recommend solutions
  • Prepare proposals, stewardship reviews, quotes, binders, endorsements, and policy documentation
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and support organic account growth
  • Maintain accurate EPIC workflows and ensure timely servicing and billing
  • Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
  • Participate in client meetings, professional development, and ongoing training initiatives
 
What They’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of Commercial Insurance experience
  • Active RIBO license required
  • CIP or CAIB designation considered a strong asset
  • Strong understanding of commercial coverages and policy wordings
  • Proven relationship-building and client management experience
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
 
Experience using EPIC and strong Microsoft Office skills
