Job Overview

We are hiring Manufacturing Technicians to support the installation, assembly, and validation of advanced technology systems on vehicles. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing vehicles for deployment by mounting hardware, routing wiring, completing system checks, and ensuring each build meets established quality and safety standards.

This is a strong fit for candidates with automotive, aerospace, aviation, electronics installation, manufacturing, or other hands-on mechanical and electrical experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Execute documented installation procedures and work instructions on assigned vehicles
• Mount, align, and secure hardware components according to engineering specifications
• Route wiring harnesses and connect electrical components
• Maintain proper cable routing and cable management
• Perform system power-up procedures and validate hardware functionality
• Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the installation process
• Accurately document completed work and communicate issues to supervisors or engineering teams
• Follow standard operating procedures and established workflows
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement efforts

 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with hardware assembly, installation, mechanical work, or similar hands-on technical experience
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow technical instructions and standardized procedures
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work around vehicles throughout the workday

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive repair or automotive trade school experience
• Automotive electronics or vehicle installation experience
• Aerospace or aviation assembly experience
• Manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience
• Experience routing wiring harnesses or installing electrical components
• Autonomous vehicle operations or software testing experience combined with prior technician experience
• Hands-on personal projects such as project cars, electronics builds, or custom computer assembly

 

Schedule

• Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM for approximately two weeks
• AM Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• PM Shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
