Job Overview

We are hiring Robot Service Technicians across multiple locations to support the production, maintenance, repair, and day-to-day readiness of autonomous delivery robots.

This is a hands-on electromechanical role combining mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, wiring, sensor installation, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and field support. It is a strong fit for technicians coming from automotive repair, dealership service, manufacturing, robotics, electronics, EV service, or other hands-on technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring harnesses, cables, connectors, and robot components
• Install, replace, and support sensors including LiDAR, cameras, and ultrasonic sensors
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs across the robot fleet
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and troubleshoot component issues
• Test batteries, suspension systems, wiring, sensors, and electronic components
• Perform hardware repairs, replacements, and service campaigns
• Complete calibrations and other adjustments required for robot operation
• Support rapid prototyping, testing, and technical projects as needed
• Provide local field support when robots require hands-on service
• Assist with parts, tools, and inventory organization
• Document repairs, maintenance, and technical issues accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment

 

Requirements

• Hands-on mechanical, electrical, automotive, manufacturing, or technician experience
• Experience using mechanical and electrical hand tools
• Comfortable using measuring and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and 2D mechanical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in shop and field environments
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive plant, dealership service, fleet maintenance, or automotive repair experience
• Robotics or autonomous vehicle experience
• Electric vehicle or electronics experience
• Experience with wiring harnesses, connectors, and electronic modules
• Familiarity with LiDAR, cameras, ultrasonic sensors, or similar hardware
• AC/DC electrical knowledge
• Soldering or crimping experience
• Advanced computer literacy
