Job Overview

We are hiring Assembly Technicians to build and prepare hardware kits that support advanced autonomous vehicle technology systems. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling sensor modules, cable harnesses, hardware kits, and related components while following detailed procedures, schematics, and quality standards.

This is a strong fit for candidates with automotive, aerospace, aviation, electronics, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on technical experience where precision and craftsmanship are important.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble sensor modules, hardware kits, cable harnesses, and related components
• Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, schematics, and documented procedures
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or non-conforming components
• Label, organize, and prepare completed kits for validation and testing teams
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Support inventory organization and material handling activities
• Keep workstations, tools, and shop areas clean and organized
• Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures

 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience performing hardware assembly, manufacturing, production, or similar hands-on work
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic assembly equipment
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive repair or automotive trade school experience
• Automotive electronics or vehicle installation experience
• Aerospace or aviation assembly experience
• Manufacturing or production assembly experience
• Experience building wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, or electromechanical components
• Experience reading schematics or technical diagrams
• Autonomous vehicle operations or software testing experience combined with prior technician experience
• Hands-on personal projects such as project cars, electronics builds, or custom computer assembly

 

Schedule

• Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM for approximately two weeks
• AM Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• PM Shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
