Job Overview

We are hiring TeleOperations Operators to support the remote monitoring and operation of an autonomous vehicle fleet in Las Vegas.

In this role, you will serve as the human-in-the-loop for autonomous vehicle operations by monitoring vehicles in real time, providing remote guidance in complex situations, supporting testing and data collection, and helping improve TeleOperations tools and workflows.

This is a strong fit for candidates with operations, autonomous vehicle, technical support, QA, gaming, or other fast-paced technical experience who have strong situational awareness and remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor autonomous vehicle operations in real time
• Provide remote guidance to vehicles during complex or unusual situations
• Respond to critical mission needs while following established safety protocols
• Support testing and data collection activities
• Gather performance metrics and document operational observations
• Work with software, QA, and UX teams to improve TeleOperations tools and workflows
• Provide feedback on operator interfaces, usability, and system performance
• Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams during active operations
• Troubleshoot basic technical or operational issues as needed

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operations or another fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills and situational awareness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent driving history
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Autonomous vehicle industry experience
• Experience using Windows 10
• Basic familiarity with Linux
• Software or QA testing experience
• Basic data analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, analytics, or a related field
• Experience playing video games or using joystick-based systems
• Experience supporting technical testing or remote operations
