Location: Remote, US based. Candidates must currently reside in: AZ, CA, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, ME, MD, MA, MT, NV, NY, NC, OR, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI. Some travel required.
Note: Must have 8+ years of federal business development experience and 8+ years supporting HHS.

Job Description
- Develop and execute the federal healthcare growth strategy, aligned with company priorities
- Build and maintain a two year strategic pipeline of healthcare opportunities
- Lead cradle to grave business development including capture, competitive positioning, proposal strategy, and pricing support
- Partner cross functionally with delivery, finance, PMO, and account leadership as a healthcare growth SME
- Identify customer procurement trends and translate them into actionable pursuit plans
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders and influencers across federal healthcare ecosystems
- Produce opportunity briefs, market research, capability materials, and pursuit reviews
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry days, conferences, and networking events
- Coordinate teaming, NDAs, and required legal and financial agreements prior to RFP release
Qualifications
- 8+ years of federal business development experience in digital services, software development, or IT consulting markets
- 8+ years supporting HHS in a BD, capture, or growth capacity
- Familiarity with Defense Health Agency is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of federal acquisition strategies and contract vehicles (GSA MAS, GWACs, IDIQs, set-asides, sole source, multiple award)
- Proven experience pursuing and winning new and follow on federal work
- Strong client relationship, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a distributed, remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and able to pass required background checks
