Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
- 1+ years of substantive litigation experience
- Proven legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities

Key Responsibilities
- Support high-stakes business litigation matters across industries
- Contribute to discovery, including taking and defending depositions
- Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts
- Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams

- Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $180,000-$215,000, as determined by experience and market factors
