Lead the future of analytical instrumentation. As the Director of Technology, you will be the senior technical authority shaping the next generation of analyzer platforms—driving innovation, setting the technology roadmap, and solving the toughest engineering challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Own the long-term analyzer technology strategy
• Translate market needs into cutting-edge product designs
• Guide electrical, electronic, and chemical engineering advancements
• Protect and advance key intellectual assets
• Troubleshoot complex issues across legacy + next-gen platforms
• Champion new product development from concept to commercialization
• Represent the organization at industry events and publish technical insights

What You Bring

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related
• 5+ years industry experience developing analytical instrumentation
• Expertise in spectroscopy, laser-based methods, chromatography, electrochemistry, and sensor technologies
• Strong electronics/circuit understanding (including low-current measurement)
• Experience with chemometrics; ML/signal-processing exposure a plus
