Preconstruction Manager     

12+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong background in preconstruction management, conceptual estimating, GMP development, CMAR, Design-Build, value engineering, constructability reviews, subcontractor pricing, and project planning.

 

The candidate also has direct experience with healthcare, education, municipal, and institutional projects, including projects exceeding $100 million, and has worked closely with owners, architects, engineers, trade partners, and Operations teams from early design through construction handoff.

 

The candidate is based in Western North Carolina and is well positioned for an Asheville-based opportunity.
