Production Supervisor – (Food Manufacturing, GMP & Shift Leadership | 2nd & 3rd Shift)

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a specialty food contract manufacturer that supplies some of the largest food brands in America. The company is in the middle of a significant facility expansion and is scaling to round-the-clock operations — which means these openings exist because of growth, not turnover. This is a floor-first leadership role. You will be directly supervising production lines, leading safety talks, verifying food safety documentation, and coordinating with Maintenance to keep operations moving. What you will be doing

• Directing all daily activities for specialized production lines — ensuring products are manufactured to customer specifications and timelines
• Leading and verifying training of all front-line employees including Mixing and Packaging Leads to maintain a high-performing, cross-trained team
• Serving as the primary shift authority for safety and quality — enforcing GMP compliance and conducting daily safety talks
• Overseeing critical food safety documentation — verifying all production, quality, and CCP paperwork is accurate and complete before sign-off
• Collaborating with Maintenance and Production Management to report downtime, coordinate repairs, and assign work during production cycles
• Holding authority to stop production for any safety or quality concern — upholding the organization's zero-defects standard
