An engineering consulting firm specializing in building envelope and facade inspections is seeking Junior Building Envelope Inspectors to support inspection projects throughout the New York metropolitan area. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior inspectors during facade and building envelope inspections.
• Document field observations and capture inspection photographs.
• Prepare reports and supporting project documentation.
• Participate in exterior wall assessments and condition surveys.
• Work from suspended scaffolding and elevated access systems when required.
• Support engineering staff with inspection and reporting activities.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, Structural Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in building envelope, facade, construction inspection, or related environments.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Structural Engineering background.
• Mechanical Engineering background with building envelope experience.
• Experience with facade inspections, roofing systems, waterproofing, or exterior wall systems.
