Financial Analyst Opportunity

We’re confidentially seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join a dynamic operations-focused finance team in Jacksonville, Florida.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys turning data into clear insights, supporting operational decision-making, and partnering with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

What you’ll do:

§  Create and analyze financial projections, budgets, forecasts, and variance explanations.

§  Support month-end close activities, accruals, and financial reporting.

§  Partner with operational teams to provide budget guidance and financial insight.

§  Maintain and support financial systems, reporting tools, and contract-related financial mechanisms.

§  Assist with bid financial modeling, audit requests, and assigned finance projects.

What we’re looking for:

§  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

§  Two plus years of related finance or accounting experience.

§  Strong accounting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

§  Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

§  A collaborative mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
