About the Role
Our client, a manufacturing company in Louisville, is seeking a skilled Panel Technician to join their team. This individual will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and installing electrical control panels. The ideal candidate will have prior panel building experience, strong knowledge of hand/power tools, and the ability to read and follow technical instructions in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
\nAssemble and build electrical panels according to specifications
\nPerform drilling, tapping, soldering, and cable pulling as required
\nUtilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
\nRead and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
\nEnsure all panels are built to quality standards and specifications
\nMaintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to company safety policies
\nAssist with troubleshooting and testing of completed panels
\nQualifications/Requirements
\nPrevious panel building or panel technician experience required
\nProficiency with hand tools and power tools (drills, taps, soldering equipment, etc.)
\nAbility to pull, route, and terminate cables/wiring
\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: Based on experience
