Shift Hours: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: Based on experience

About the Role
Our client, a manufacturing company in Louisville, is seeking a skilled Panel Technician to join their team. This individual will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and installing electrical control panels. The ideal candidate will have prior panel building experience, strong knowledge of hand/power tools, and the ability to read and follow technical instructions in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and build electrical panels according to specifications

• Perform drilling, tapping, soldering, and cable pulling as required

• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics

• Ensure all panels are built to quality standards and specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to company safety policies

• Assist with troubleshooting and testing of completed panels

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous panel building or panel technician experience required

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools (drills, taps, soldering equipment, etc.)

• Ability to pull, route, and terminate cables/wiring

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required
