Executive Assistant to the Main Principal, Highly Successful Executive Legal Recruiter/Local Remote

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful “rainmaker” high- end legal recruiter who serves the major law firms in the country, based in Houston.
This role demands someone who is sharp, confident, and wired for high performance. You will be the operational backbone for the principal who is fast-moving, where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Managing the Principal’s complex calendar including internal meetings, client meetings and scheduling candidate interviews. Understand competing priorities
● Serve as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison handling sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism
● Prioritize emails and texts and craft responses on his behalf
● Draft, edit and manage Principal’s correspondence, and reports
● Coordinating domestic and international travel end-to-end itinerary management
● Anticipating needs, solving problems before they escalate, and keeping three demanding principals operating at full speed
● Jumping in wherever needed — this is an “all hands on deck” environment and no task is beneath you
Base Salary, Plus Discretionary Bonus, Comprehensive Health Benefits
What You Bring
● 5+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally supporting a senior partner at a boutique law firm but will consider other industries Knowledge of the language of the legal field generally a PLUS.
● Proven experience coordinating meetings, events, dinners with a “high touch” service mentality
● The kind of personality that earns trust fast — assertive, confident, and not afraid to speak up or push back when the situation calls for it
● A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude — you don’t watch from the sidelines; you get in and figure it out
● High energy and the ability to stay calm, focused, and effective when the pressure is on
● Advanced proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
● Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and follow-through
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
